Nan Yun's Achievement

Taking on the order for connecting pipes from our Japanese client, this time is another milestone for Nan Yun Industries!

 It involves not just seemingly simple mold components but also a demanding welding requirement for a 4mm  stellite alloy quill, along with a 300kg pressure test. For Nan Yun Industries, this represents an unprecedented challenge.

From redrawing the plans and confirming the construction methods before the construction to scheduling on-site processing and quality control, considerable effort has been put into every aspect.

Given the tight deadline of only 1.5 months provided by the client, every member of the Nan Yun team worked diligently and conscientiously, leaving no room for any slack.

The efforts paid off, as the client is highly satisfied with the finished product. Not only is the workmanship impeccable, but the proactive response capabilities of our team also received high praise. 

The client specifically emphasized that even in Japanese factories, achieving the efficiency of Nan Yun is not a given.

Furthermore, the client commended the noticeable improvement in our work environment, credited to the results of the 5S activities.
